Site ownership

This site is owned by Intarmour® di Simone Nogara, which manages its content and technical operation. Trademarks, names, texts, graphic elements and interfaces are the property of the company or used under licence, except where otherwise indicated.

References to third-party trademarks, technical standards, authorities and tools are for descriptive purposes: they belong to their respective owners and their mention does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Nature of the content

The published content, including the glossary pages, the frequently asked questions, the articles and the self-assessment, describes the company’s reading of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice or professional consultancy and does not replace the assessment of the individual case with a qualified advisor.

The CRAnotify application supports the management of reporting obligations, but does not transmit communications to the authorities on the client’s behalf: filing with the single reporting platform remains an act of the manufacturer, who retains responsibility for it.

Limitation of liability

The company keeps the published information up to date, but does not guarantee that it is exhaustive or aligned with every subsequent legislative or interpretative change. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site’s informational content.

The terms applicable to the subscription service, including liability, service levels and warranties, are governed by the Terms & Conditions and the agreements signed with the client.

Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to external resources, including institutional pages of the European Union and national authorities. The company does not control these resources and is not responsible for their content or availability.

Reporting vulnerabilities in our applications

We apply to ourselves what we ask of our clients: anyone who identifies a vulnerability in our applications can report it to security@cranotify.eu. We reply within five business days, agree on disclosure timelines and do not take legal action against those who report in accordance with our coordinated disclosure policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These notices are governed by Italian law. For disputes with parties acting within their professional activity, the court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction; the mandatory protections provided for consumers remain unaffected.

For formal communications: info@pec.intarmour.com. The other notices are collected in the legal hub.
